Councilman Mark Casselberry is serving his third term on council after being elected in November 2011.

He is a 23-year member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local #38. He has been employed for the past 16 years at Clear Channel Outdoor in Parma and is the operations manager there.

An active parish member of St. Charles Borromeo Parish, Casselberry has served as a CYO basketball and volleyball coach, and has volunteered at the parish carnival. He is also a church usher at Sunday Mass.

In 2011, was presented with a citizens award from both the cities of Cleveland and Parma for assisting a motorcycle officer who was involved in a serious traffic accident.

Casselberry and his wife, Judy, have three children and one grandchild.
